Player Agreement

Acceptance

This Player Agreement is the binding contract between Saskatchewan Casino and you. By registering, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm full acceptance of it. Read it alongside our Bonus Terms, Privacy Notice, Cookies and Tracking page, Staying in Control, Verification and AML, and Protecting Minors pages. Anyone who does not accept these rules should not use the site.

Game Rules

  • Each title in our Lobby, Live Casino and Jackpots sections includes a help screen showing its rules and paytable. Please check it before playing.
  • Our RNG titles take each result from a random number generator. Earlier rounds have no effect on later ones.
  • Every Live Casino game is hosted by a real dealer and broadcast live from a studio. If your display ever disagrees, the outcome stored by the studio's own system stands as final.
  • Should a fault hit a game server or your connection, any play it affects is voided and the stake is returned to your balance.
  • If a round is interrupted, we complete it from the game server record where we can. If we cannot, the round is voided.
  • A win displayed because of a fault, or a clear software or pricing error, is not payable.

Bonuses

Our Bonus Terms cover the welcome offer, the daily free prize game, free spins, Promotions and Saskatchewan Rewards. Should that page conflict with this agreement on a bonus matter, the Bonus Terms prevail.

Complaints

Send any complaint to [email protected]. Tell us the name you log in with, the title or payment concerned, precisely when the problem arose (date and hour) and the resolution you would like. Screenshots help us resolve it sooner.

Intellectual Property

Saskatchewan Casino, or a party licensing content to us, holds the rights to our brand name, logos, page design, copy and images. Game titles are the property of their supplying studios. Access is granted solely for private, personal gaming. Any copying, framing, scraping or reuse of our content needs prior written approval from us.

Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Every balance, stake and payment is in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • Deposit methods: Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Online Banking / Trustly, Paysafecard, Neosurf, Flexepin and eCheck. The minimum deposit is C$5.
  • Withdrawal methods: Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Apple Pay, Online Banking / Trustly and eCheck. The minimum withdrawal is C$20.
  • No single withdrawal maximum exists. Which limit applies depends on the payment method you use and the status of your account.
  • Cashouts through most payment options are completed inside a 1 to 4 hour window. Bank wires are slower, taking a maximum of 12 hours.
  • We add no fee to any deposit or withdrawal. Separate charges may still come from the bank or card company you use.
  • Identity and geolocation checks, described in Verification and AML, must be complete before your first deposit.
  • Withdrawals go only to payment methods held in your own name. We also refuse funds from third parties or from methods owned by another person.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Canadian law. Players are welcome only where gaming of this kind is legal in their region, and we follow Canadian rules on anti-money laundering, identity verification and age checks.

Our Liability

  • We offer the site and its games as they are and do not promise uninterrupted access.
  • We are not liable for losses arising from your device or internet connection, from third-party payment services, or from events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Our liability on any claim cannot exceed the stake or transaction under dispute.
  • Nothing here removes any liability that cannot be excluded under Canadian law.

Prohibited Conduct

The following is not allowed, so that play stays fair for all members:

  • Relying on bots, scripts or software to play or make decisions on your behalf.
  • Working together with other players, or passing information to them, at Live Casino tables.
  • Holding several accounts, or playing on someone else's account.
  • Paying with a method owned by another person.
  • Hiding your location through a VPN, proxy or similar tool.
  • Exploiting faults, errors or weaknesses in any game or system.
  • Money laundering, fraud or using stolen funds.
  • Abusive or threatening words aimed at our staff.

If we detect any of this conduct, we may void the affected plays and winnings, freeze the balance during our investigation, close the account and, where the law requires, report the matter to the authorities.

Eligibility

  • Participation in any game is reserved for persons aged 19 or more.
  • You must be physically in Canada, within a region where online casino gaming is lawful.
  • You cannot hold an active self-exclusion with us or be on a break set via Staying in Control.

Changes

Revisions to legislation, or growth in our products, may lead us to amend these terms. The text shown here is the one currently in force, and its start date appears alongside it. Should a significant change be made, we will alert you by email, or with a notice on screen at your following sign-in. Placing a bet after the amended wording applies means you accept it.

Your Account

  • A single account per person is permitted. If we identify a duplicate, we close it and cancel any bonus credited there.
  • When you register, supply your home address, email address, birth date and real name, and update these details whenever something changes.
  • Keep your password private and make it difficult to guess. You are accountable for anything done using your login details.
  • Contact us at once if you suspect anyone else has entered your account.
  • Members of the VIP Club follow this agreement in the same way as every other player.
